Cancellation Policy

At Adaptiv Design, we strive to provide exceptional service and deliver high-quality digital products and design solutions. Due to the nature of our offerings, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while protecting the integrity of our work.

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, such as design mockups and downloadable assets, are final and cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete. Due to the instant access and nature of these products, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Design Services

For our design services, we require a deposit before starting any project. Once work has begun, cancellations are not allowed and the project is considered non-refundable.

However, if you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, you may request a cancellation in writing. In such cases, the deposit may be non-refundable based on the specific agreement terms. We will communicate any non-refundable conditions in advance.

3. Project Postponement

If you need to temporarily postpone a project, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Any postponement should be communicated as soon as possible. In such cases, the project will be rescheduled according to our availability, but the deposit and any payments already made remain non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

In the event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we will offer to reschedule the project or provide alternative solutions. No refunds will be issued, but we will work with you to find a suitable outcome.
